Shipping

Individual items usually ship within 2 business days. Due to the size and popularity, Play Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy Kits may take up to 10 days for delivery. Please let us know if you need your order expedited. We make every effort to accommodate requests for rush shipments. We ship with FedEx and USPS.

Returns

Counselingtoys.com accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. Returns for refund must be unopened and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Defective, unabused items will be replaced at our discretion. Shipping fees are non refundable.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship your order internationally. The shipping prices quoted online are for domestic shipping only. You will need to contact us for a shipping quote outside of the U.S. Shipping time may take 2-5 weeks depending on customs. Your country may also bill you for customs clearance fees and import taxes.
