The Portable Sand Tray Kit is a smaller version of our Sand Tray Kit. It includes a tool box which doubles as the carrying case and the sand tray. The base of the tool box measures approximately 13 inches long, 6 inches wide, and 5 inches deep. This kit is great for therapists who wish to provide sand tray therapy, but don't have a permanent location to do so. Play sand is not included, but can be easily obtained. Please note, this is a sand tray kit, not a sand play kit. It contains small miniature items not suitable for small children or vigorous play. It is best suited for use by adolescents and adults who arrange the objects in the sand, which is then interpreted by a qualified therapist. Instructions aren't included, so you must be trained in Sand Tray therapy to use it appropriately. Substitutions of equal value sometimes occur as items are discontinued by the manufacturer.
